wrkout

Working out is one of those things I know makes me feel great, but never really think to do it when I'm bored or depressed. It's pretty obvious this is so when I always want to call people afterward just because I am in such a elated gregarious mood. Call em endorphins but the feeling is both chemical and physical.

I need to make sure I start considering a workout when I am depressed or sad or just plain bored, it really is a panacea of sorts.
